072907 INTERNS - Senator Joseph Lieberman

Senator Joseph Lieberman is seeking two interns for the fall semester. These are unpaid internships, but have great promise, particularly for recent college graduates. Regular duties include a wide range of administrative and legislative responsibilities such as researching, answering phone calls, attending hearings and briefings, and assisting staff members. This is an exciting opportunity to gain Hill experience. Applicants should have strong written and verbal skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Those interested should fax a cover letter, resume, unofficial transcript, writing sample, and two recommendation letters to 202-228-8261.
